These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LPI Lab application ("the App"), operated by Defumak ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years of age, or the minimum age required to consent to the processing of your personal data under the laws of your country of residence (which may be lower in some jurisdictions, such as 13 in the United States), to use the App on your own behalf.
If you are below this age, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the App for personal educational purposes.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features of the App at any time.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The App and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the exam questions, answers, or simulations are error-free or reflect the exact content of the official Linux Professional Institute (LPI) exams.
Use of this App does not guarantee a passing score on any official certification exam.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of LPI Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to exam failure, loss of data, or device malfunction.
All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software code, is the property of the App developers or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
"LPIC" is a registered trademark of the Linux Professional Institute; this App is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LPI.
We reserve the right to introduce premium features or "Pro" versions of the App in the future which may require payment or subscriptions.
Any such transactions will be processed through the Google Play Store's billing system and are subject to Google Play's refund policy and terms of service.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Certain information may be collected automatically through third-party services used to operate, secure, analyze, improve, and monetize the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Where required by applicable law (such as the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of certain data, and to manage your advertising consent choices. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how to exercise these rights.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including the restrictions described in Section 3. Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms immediately ends.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers of LPI Lab from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence grant you additional rights or a right to bring claims in your local courts, in which case those mandatory protections will continue to apply.
Subject to the foregoing, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice within the App where appropriate.
Continued use of the App after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
